2. Select the Customize Gift Card button.
3. Fill out the information you would like to include and select a template from the email template drop down.
4. Hit the preview button to view how the email will look to the recipient.
5. Select save at the bottom to save your changes and continue checking out.

At Running Room, we stand behind our merchandise and our Gift Cards. The Running Room Gift Card never expires, it has no fee and it's backed by our long-standing commitment to you, our customer.

The prepaid gift card is redeemable for Running Room merchandise. To use in a Running Room store, simply present the card to any salesperson at time of purchase. To use online, enter the gift card number, along with the access number, on the Billing Information page in Checkout.
Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash except as required by law. If the gift card is lost, stolen or damaged, it can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. Gift cards do not expire and have no usage or monthly maintenance fee.
Running Room gift cards can be used in both Canada and USA stores and for online purchases. The current balance on the gift card is converted to local currency at the time of purchase. We do not provide currency conversion, so gift cards purchased in a chosen denomination are intended to be used within the country associate to that denomination. For instance if you purchase a gift card on our USA web site and or a USA local store then that gift card is intended to be used within the USA only.
You might also like a Traditional Gift Card, specially packaged and delivered by mail. Traditional Gift Cards are available for purchase at any Running Room locations.
