Its easy-to-use feature allows you start a run with the press of 1 button. You can customize the settings to display distance, pace and/or calories on the same or different screens. The watch is very light and comfortable. In addition to alerting you every mile completed, a summary of total time, distance, average pace and calories is displayed after you finish your run. It gives you a feedback when you achieve a personal record. Forerunner 10 has training tools such as the Run/Walk feature and the Virtual Pacer ™. Data from Forerunner 10 can be uploaded to Garmin Connect™ for analyses.
